Check what the label means
The Bet9ja payment list names app and transfer variants for OPay and PalmPay. SportyBet’s help also describes Nigeria payment app options. Check your current cashier rather than assuming the same route exists on all accounts. A direct app approval is not the same as copying temporary bank details and paying through a transfer.
Verify the request
Before authorising, compare the current order and approval screen: recipient, amount and NGN. Open the payment app independently if you receive an unexpected prompt. Do not hand a PIN or one-time code to a support agent or an individual claiming to fund accounts.
Deposit and withdrawal are separate
A route shown under Deposit may not appear under Withdraw. Check the payout destination and verification requirements before adding funds.
